Midstate Residential Construction, Inc. Recently Completed Construction of The District

Midstate Residential Construction, Inc recently completed construction of The District, a luxury condominium community in San Francisco, CA for owner KB Homes.

Designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, this project features new construction of a six-story, mixed-use condominium development on a 3/4-acre site conveniently located in the Lower Pacific Heights of San Francisco. This project features 81 high-end homes with an average size of 1,080 square feet, and 3,800 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. On-site parking is available, providing one-to-one parking for each unit.

Additional site features include interior landscaped courtyard, fitness center, owners’ lounge, an attended lobby, and sky terrace with views stretching across the surrounding neighborhoods.
