Barry Friedman, President & CEO, Friedman’s Home Improvement, Joins the Exchange Bank Board of Directors.

Mr. Friedman was appointed to the Board in January 2025. A lifelong Sonoma County resident, Mr. Friedman represents the third generation of his family to lead Friedman’s Home Improvement since its founding in 1946. He was named CEO in 2013.  Mr. Friedman holds a business degree from Lewis & Clark College. He is deeply connected to the community and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and is a member of the Executive Committee of the North Bay Leadership Council. Mr. Friedman’s past community involvement includes Board member of Rebuilding Together Santa Rosa, Leadership Team of Schools Plus Golf Tournament, Executive Committee Board member of Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Chairperson of the Community Benefit Committee of Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
