Designed by David Baker Architects, this project included new construction of a four-story, 39,743 SF hotel with 33 rooms and 6 suites on a .32 acre site bordering Foss Creek.
Building features include an automated parking system, outdoor rooftop lounge, board form concrete walls, redwood slat and Corten steel finishes which define a raw, modern aesthetic. Harmon Guest House includes a pedestrian bridge over Foss Creek which leads to a riparian sanctuary. This project is registered LEED Gold.
Harmon Guest House is a sister hotel to Hotel Healdsburg and h2hotel, both constructed for Piazza Hospitality Group by Midstate Construction Corporation in 2000 and 2008 respectively.
