Designed by WHA | Architect . Planners . Designers ., the complex offers three different floor plans ranging from 11 one-bedroom/one-bath units, to 3 two-bedroom/one-bath units and 6 two-bedroom/two-bath units. Site amenities include a clubhouse with office, conference room, recreation room and laundry facilities, a resident BBQ area, and a children’s “tot-lot”, all in a garden-like setting.
