Peter Hsu – Senior Vice President, North Coast Regional Commercial Banking Office, Wells Fargo Bank
Peter Hsu is a Senior Vice President and Regional Team Lead of Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Banking. Based in Santa Rosa, he leads to the North Coast Commercial Banking effort in California whose region spans from Novato, CA to the Oregon border along the California coast.
With more than 140 offices in 38 states and three Canadian provinces, Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking provides local support for businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $20 million. Middle Market Banking provides expertise and services for specific industries, including the food, beverage and wine sectors. As the largest ag lender in the U.S., Wells Fargo is well positioned service these key markets in the California North Coast geography.
With over 23 years of financial services experience (with approximately 19 years with Wells Fargo), Peter’s career has focused on providing commercial banking services to middle-market and large corporate companies. Peter’s work experience also includes serving as a Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank, N.V., where he managed a corporate portfolio of Fortune Global 1000 technology relationships. Earlier, he was a real estate investment officer with Allied Capital Corporation.
Peter earned a double bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations with a minor in chinese from the University of California at Davis. Peter serves on the Executive Committee for the North Bay Leadership Council.
A North Bay native, Peter’s community involvement includes activities with youth sports, having served as a club soccer team manager and a CYO basketball coach. In his spare time, Peter enjoys taking walks with his dog, Contessa, high performance driving, go karting, cycling and crossfit. Peter is currently trying to learn to play golf. Peter grew up in Marin County and current resides in San Rafael, CA with his spouse and two sons.
