Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is now sponsoring holiday food and toy donation programs in all of its North Bay and San Francisco branch locations. Branches will be collecting new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items now through December 14, for holiday distribution by local non-profit agencies. In addition to the toy and food drives, RCU’s Sonoma County branches will also be participating in Sonoma County’s Secret Santa program to provide unique gifts to families and organizations in need.
“For more than 20 years, it’s been our tradition to partner with reputable local non-profits to host annual food and gift drives that benefit the communities we serve -- and we’re very thankful to the people who give so generously to those less fortunate during the holiday season,” said Brett Martinez, RCU’s President & CEO. “We are happy to offer our branches as convenient donation sites to help local non-profits, especially in today’s challenging economy,” Martinez added.
