Amorosa Village 1

Developer Burbank Housing Development Corporation and general contractor Midstate Construction Corporation recently completed Amorosa Village Phase 1, the second phase of a new 150 unit affordable housing construction project in Santa Rosa.
Designed by Hunt Hale Jones Architects of San Francisco, these two and three story buildings totaling 119,288 square feet provide 97 units of affordable housing via four structures. Each apartment varying from 400 square foot studio to 1,300 square foot three-bedroom is fully equipped with kitchen and domestic amenities. Larger units feature laundry facilities.

Additionally, the 5.08-acre site includes a community garden, playground, mailroom, laundry facilities and a pavilion. A 2,900 square foot community building is shared with Amorosa Village Phase 2, completed by Midstate in 2011.
